Changed Your Mind?

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return it to us within 14 days for a refund (excluding the shipping cost). The refund is conditional on the item being returned undamaged and in as new condition. Please return it to us in the original packaging as far as possible.

Faulty/Damaged Items

If the return is because the item has a fault or damage, we will arrange collection at our cost. Otherwise the return should be at your cost. Non stock, special order items or custom, made to order products may only be returned or exchanged at our discretion if there is no quality issue.

We reserve the right to offer a partial refund only if the goods returned have been damaged or devalued as a result of unreasonable use.

Items Damaged In Transit

Please carefully inspect all items and only sign for your parcel if you unless you are sure it has arrived in good condition. If you are unable to inspect your package, please add “Unchecked” next to your signature. If you can see the package has signs of an impact, please add “Box damaged” next to your signature.

If you believe your item/s have been damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours to let us know.
